Championship Training Academy Foundations is a co-ed three week summer running program for kids entering 5th through 12th grade. The camp is for all running abilities and experience. While group distance and speed training is emphasized, the program also offers individual attention, helping each runner succeed in an environment that fosters both athletic and character development.
