CHAMPIONSHIP TRAINING ACADEMY

Start Time: 8:30am

End Time: 10:00am

Championship Training Academy Advanced is a co-ed three week summer running program for kids entering 5th through 8th grade. The camp is for the runner who is focused on challenging self and/or preparing for the middle school cross country season. Workouts over the course of the camp will include interval and threshold training combined with endurance development and increasing functional strength. Each runner will be supported in an environment that fosters both athletic and character development.
